Located in the neighborhood "La Arboleda", it appears as one of the most modern Andalusia´s area for the development of activities and the artistic and cultural expressions. It has got a polyvalent character stage which allows wide scenic possibilities, at the same place it find the orchestra pit with capacity for 50 musicians.

The capacity is compound of 600 seats, extendable to 650. The building also has a press box (radio and television) with specific circuit of six captures for local televisions.

For the organization of exhibitions, besides the wide halls, the theater has got a harmonious exhibition room and municipal workshops activities like painting, crafts, photography, music or theater.
